My current position is Creative Director at Aramex International.

I joined Aramex five years ago, as an Assistant Creative Director for over three years before being promoted to Creative Director.

In my role as Creative Director and Head of the Creative Team for Shop & Ship at Aramex, I led the transition from an agency-based model to a fully in-house creative operation, building a complete system of workflows, briefing structures, and traffic processes.

I recruited and trained a multidisciplinary team, directed a full brand refresh including NEW VISUAL DIRECTION for Shop & Ship, built brand/copy guidelines, and produced major offline and online campaigns such as TV commercials, and managed the production of an upcoming multi-film TVC series for Shop & Ship. Also, I created a robust system for managing and delivering Always-On campaigns across multiple markets.

During this period, I delivered over 600 briefs, 50 major campaigns, and thousands of communication assets, contributing to significant performance growth, including a 49% increase in fanbase, a 26% rise in engagement, and a 284% surge in video views.

• I founded my own agency, NDP&A, in 2010. NDP&A is emerging as an Amman based creative motion and design agency breathing fresh new life into an often times redundant and recycled design market, offering clients of various industries unique and cost-effective solutions across multiple media.
• Work with the office of HIS MAJESTY KING ABDULLAH II, ROYAL HASHEMITE COURT on all media platforms content.
• Work with HER MAJESTY QUEEN RANIA AL ABDULLA on full corporate identity for “Queen Rania Teachers Academy” (QRTA).

• I worked on many hologram projects at NDP&A in collaboration with MBC Action; NDP&A was the first company to introduce hologram technology to the Middle East and the Arab world, and the Umm Kulthum concert at the launch of MBC Masr marked my agency’s first experience working on such projects.
• Create full Corporate Identity and full Branding for DESRT FORCE MMA CHAMPIONSHIP.
• Work with Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority on big advertising campaigns and BTL materials.
• Create full branding for TEDx DeadSea & TEDx Amman & TEDx Youth@Amman.
